Our Core Activities
We focus on three key areas of activity to fulfill our mission:
Home Construction and Renovation: We organize projects to build new homes and renovate old, dilapidated ones for low-income families. We believe a house is not just a shelter but also a foundation for personal and family development.
Rental and Housing Search Assistance: We offer rental assistance programs, security deposit guarantees, and specialized consultation on the housing market, helping homeless individuals and families access stable housing.
Community Building: Beyond providing housing, we also focus on building a supportive community through community centers. Here, we offer free advisory services on housing, legal, financial, and life skills, helping community members become more confident and self-sufficient.

Tax Benefits: Your contributions to YOU HOMES CHARITY are considered a charitable donation and are deductible for federal income tax purposes under IRC Section 170.
Bequests and Gifts: Our organization is also qualified to receive tax-deductible bequests, devises, transfers, or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 2522.
